Q. What kinds of amenities are in a room.

Yukata robes, bath towels, towels, and tooth brushes are available.

Q. Do you have a microwave?

A. We have a microwave in shared space, please feel free to use it.

Q. Do you have a washing machine and a dryer?

A. A washing machine and a dryer are in the basement. You can purchase detergent at the front desk.

Q. Are tattoos are allowed in the onsen?

A. f guests have tattoos, we ask them to cover their tattoos with a sheet of something.

Q. What time is dinner served?

A. We ask our guests to select dinner time from 6:00pm, or 6:30pm. We will not able to serve dinner after 6:30pm.

Q. Do you have a kids meal?

A. Yes, it is ￥1,650. Please contact us in advance to add a kids meal.

Q. What time is breakfast served?

A. We ask our guests to select breakfast time from 7:00am or 7:30am. (The restaurant is open at 6:30am during summer. Please contact us more details)

Q. Snow tires are needed in May to visit Ryounkaku?

A. The road is sometimes covered with snow even in early May, so please be prepared for snow and take a bus if needed.
